Diet - Week 2 + 3 days

OK, so I punted the South Beach Diet.  I just can't eat that much protein!

I lost 3.6 pounds in the 10 days I was on it, but I was miserable the whole time.

On to something else!

The Sonoma Diet. It's real life eating. Of course I'm a vegetarian now, but I still follow the basics. It's healthy and real and easy to make dishes.
